System Controls

Hauck control technologies are designed to assure safe and efficient operation of your combustion systems. Simple single burner systems provide basic control functions for burner startup and flame supervision. More complex systems provide custom designed single burner control or advanced microprocessor or control with computer interface for multiple burners or zones, including touch screen operator interfaces for ease of use. Hauck’s sophisticated control technologies use PLC-based or relay logic control technologies. Systems can be designed to integrate into existing DCS, SCADA, or ProfiBus systems They provide all functions for combustion operation including startup sequencing, flame supervsion, high temperature limits, and pulse firing controls. Panels can be designed to customer specifications in either NEMA Type 12 to NEMA Type 4X enclosures. Hauck can accommodate any specified voltage requirement in a custom design.
